I still think its a waste of time posting the art, 9 times out of 10 its exactly like the standard. But thats just me nitpicking.
The Birds knock off, both the Hitchcock classic and the short story that inspired it...
NICE! I just noticed (and it was on the posters/DVD back in 2002/2003 too) that the tagline is "It's Happening". Shyama's new film is of course called "The Happening" and in that movie's tagline, it references "Signs". Interesting..
:]
:]
Great film. Aliens go to all the trouble of creating complex symbols to plan for an invasion but never count on meeting their greatest enemy, water.
I liked Signs. It was very interesting. Although I enjoyed Lady in the water better.

...and the alien's unbreakable plan would've been defeated by the village's lady in the water... um, well that information was worth about 6 cents.
:p

This is a pick up for sure. Eventually that enormous 1080P High Definition banner at the bottom will not be in the original packaging.

Thank you, someone at last with common sense who doesn't automatically go:
"The artwork is c**p, what's with the s**tty banner and case?"

I think Hitchcock called it fridge logic or something.

Although you do have to admit. The Aliens had to he thinking "What are the odds that a substance with such flesh eating properties would be so readily available to the populace? What kind of demon world is this?!"

And the tagline for The Happening (for anybody who missed it) was ofcourse "We've Sensed It. We've Seen The Signs. Now... It's Happening. "

SIGNS "It's Happening" oh yeah
M. NIGHT SHYAMALAN's new film THE HAPPENING... so weird...
read the taglines of his films... they're all something that has to do with other movies...
ok, anyways this is the second best movie since THE SIXTH SENSE...

Signs is a very underrated film. Too many people unfairly bash it. Too bad Shamalangongoankgo couldn't make another good film after it.
Not a bad movie....
Thank goodness they have let me know about 1080p! I would never have guessed it was available!!!
Can you feel the sarcasim?

The only sign I gave this film was my middle finger to the screen after I saw this on opening weekend. This was an insult to the American public. This movie sucked.
