I frikkin loved this game as a kid, even if it was a c**ppy Amiga port. Probably wouldn't hold up well today. Same goes for Dragon's Lair...

I also have fond childhood memories of playing this and Dragon's Lair on the Commodore Amiga........
i loved this !!!!!!!!!!
so is this the original game or a new one made for blu-ray?
and if its the original, will it be like dragon's lair where you can die simply by taking a step forward?

Hooray for Space Ace!!
There's Borf's ship! Yes, it is the original laserdisc game on BD.
Playing this on a PS3 will be ironic. How odd: a videogame that's not available for the console itself, but can be played through its movie viewing capability...
"...Destroy the Infanto-Ray, defeat the evil Borf!"
Ah, memories of the laserdisc game at Butlins (Bognor) when we were kids!

I only ever saw one Dragon's Lair arcade game, in Weston-Super-Mare. Never saw Space Ace. Lots of Mad Dog McCree cabs at Alton Towers though, but that was c**p. Ah arcade memories. Dingy, smoky rooms filled with spotty, pale-faced adolescents shovelling money into Street Fighter II...

...so in other words, the good 'ol days.
For those too old to have been in an arcade, the home console experience has NOTHING on hanging out for hours playing in arcades.
