This has always been called 'Spice World - The Movie'.
But basically this is the original flipper disc in a new cardboard sleeve...so if you already have it all you get extra is the five postcards.

Really childish (and unprofessional) to put that on the front page:
Quote: My eyes! My eyes! My eyes! My eyes! My eyes! My eyes! My eyes! My eyes! Nooo!
Common Chad grow up.

Gee - you would almost think they are getting together for a reunion tour or something....
I rather get punch in the face, than watch this c**p again.
I was young, and i didn't know what i was doing...and what i'm Getting into.

Can you elaborate? On what scale would you judge it?
The "People actually watch this b o l l o c k s?" scale.
Definitely does not belong in the "So bad it's good" scale.

scary cover.
It movie is an embarrassing piece of c**p. The Spice Girls decided to ape The Beatles and make a movie, but sadly for them, they jumped straight into Help! rather than A Hard Day's Night.
The script (by TV writer Kim Fuller, if memory serves) was little better than a children't TV script, but with a couple of barbs aimed at the entertainment industry.
Needless to say that we won't be picking it up - we only watched it once and that was MORE than enough...
The Wilson Bros

It's embarassing but, well, I would buy the DVD if it had a Roger Moore commentary.
This movie made about 30 million dollars in the USA... thats more than Eastern Promises made... and one of those is slightly better than the other...
The Spicebus must have been the Tardis, it was the size of Buckingham Palace inside.
I know it's embarrassing to admit now, but I thought this movie rocked when I was in 7th grade...And I know that it's a bad movie, but I can't really hate it because of its sentimental value

What's snobbish about not wanting to watch absolute toss?

So shoot me, I dug this movie a lot as a kid and still own my original 1998 DVD. I remember seeing this in the theaters. If there were any bonus features I would consider buying it but since not, I'll keep my original flipper disc.
this shoud be called:
"C**piest C**p Ever Edition"
"C**piest C**p Ever Edition"
I wonder why this has been released? Maybe because the tour is soon to start.

The UK version has no extras either ;-) , except for postcards.

Amen to that, CM. Just enjoy it for what it's worth!! It's stupid, it's a lark, it's not meant to be "A Hard Day's Night" or "Yellow Submarine"... it's just cheeseball fun.
They need to wait a bit and release this after Mel B takes the Dancing With The Stars title. That way they can add "Starring 2007 Dancing With The Stars champion Mel B!!!"
Like many have mentioned, fluff, but fun fluff.

Where's the US Edition!!! >:|
and toss off all you snobs, it's not meant to be taken seriously. It's a cheesy film that pokes fun at itself and the girls, it's not meant to be Oscar worthy it's meant to make you laugh at it being so outrageous and is chock full of WTF moments that are one of the best [intentional] WTF moments ever.
Pull your head out of your ass and stop approaching this movie seriously.

Does it come with a David Beckham autograph?
I hope we get this in the U.S.! Sure the movie is so horrible, but I LOVE the Spice Girls and I saw this when I was little. So needless to say, this is a purchase for me. It must also be because of their reunion tour (which I am proud to say I am going to!) Bring on the Blu-ray version and you have a sale!
LOL. Cripes. This movie is ridiculously stupid but a lot of fun. My younger sister had a sleepover and the 6 of them watched this. Guess who had to keep them in line since mom and dad had to go to bed.
Yep, you guessed it. I enjoyed it back then, though.

I mostly agree. I think Emma B is still fit now though, and Sporty Spice looks a lot better since she put a bit of weight on and dropped the sporty image. Geri was always the best

They don't sing either...
This means Blu-ray or HD DVD is in the works
I have never seen this movie, probably a good thing.

My all-time-favourite horror-movie.
Totally buying it. Here's to hoping for a BluRay version!
What's that tag line - They Don't Just Sing. Er, they don't even do that; they mime.
A Sign of the looming apocolypse. Wheres the Glitter Ultimate Edition, now...
The movie has always been called "Spiceworld: The Movie" .. I think it may have been renamed for American audiences, but definitely the VHS I have of this calls it The Movie.
*excited*

Nah, I find it dumb fun too, although I don't know what Alan Cumming and Elton John were imbibing when they agreed to appear in the film. But for a 10th Anniversary Edition, the UK fans really get stiffed on bonus content. Not even a commentary or a retrospective featurette to spice things up (pun intended)!
Although all of all the Spice Girls, both Emma and Geri have fared the best overall (and still look incredible) in their post-Spice Girl careers.

Is it gay if I say that in 1999, when it came on American cable station HBO, my buddies, our girlfriends and I got drunk, watched it and had a hilarious time? This movie sucks donkeyarse, but it's a whole hell of a lot of stupid fun. And I can't believe it's been 10 years since this tripe came out... I'm getting old.
Ah, Spiceworld, hearkens back to the days where Ginger Spice was the hottest one of them all, Sporty Spice minus the tattoos, Posh Spice was a hot brunette, Scary Spice wasn't knocked up with Eddie Murphy's illegimitate child, and Baby Spice was really cute. The movie is an embarassment overall, although a few scenes are really funny and add to the camp value.

Ah yes, the days when Posh Spice was actually fit.
Also, if they don't just sing, what else do they do? And how much do I gotta pay?
