I don't have the artwork for the others yet - will update as soon as I get more details.
It's about time these films got the 2 disc treatment.
Leave it to Warners on how to properly produce 2 disc special editions. Paramount (Chinatown) has a lot to learn
Can't for the details. Also, I wish this included Barry Lyndon to complete a little run. Oh well these look awesome no matter what.
FINALLY! iam probably the only one in this thread who didn't buy the old boxset.
how come you guys say it's a 9-disc set?
2001:2-disc
Clockwork Orange: 2-disc
Eyes Wide Shut:2-disc
The Shining:2-disc
Full Metal Jacket:1-disc?
Stanley Kubrick: A Life in Pictures:1-disc?
that's 10!
and oh yeah...where's Barry Lyndon?

Where's BARRY LYNDON and LOLITA?
I'm sorry, but Barry Lyndon was too overlong and boring to be included.
I'll probably get eyes wide shut and clockwork orange.

Does this mean we may finally be able to get our hands on that wonderful documentary without having to buy a massive and expensive boxed set or having to suffer through a horrid VHS copy? Sounds like it.
WONDERFUL!! I have all 3 of these already, but Kubrick is by far my favorite director of all time, a master who can never be topped. All 3 are easy double dips for me.
Not digging the artwork for 2001 though, and that's my favorite movie of his

These are also due out in HD with lossless sound around that time, can't wait.
Barry Lyndon and Lolita are listed as coming out on the same day at $19.97 a pop. Don't appear to be part of the collection though
i already have all these, so i will wait to see what the extras consist of, and if they are new transfers, which i highly doubt. But the covers are great.
Excellent! Really looking forward to it!
YES! YES! YES! I CAN NOW FINALLY GET MY FAVORITE FILM (Clockwork Orange), I have been waiting YEARS for this set!
I've been waiting for this set for evvvvver. However, I am disappointed to see no Barry Lyndon, and even Paths of Glory would have been very welcome. Maybe those two (and Strangelove) will be released separately in the near future but their respective owners now that WB is releasing all of these.

MGM owns PATHS OF GLORY, as well as THE KILLING and KILLER'S KISS.

About bloody time! I have ACO, but will gladly get the collection here. As well as the seperate BL and Lolita.
That artwork for The Shining and A Clockwork Orange is BRILLIANT.
I know what I want for Christmas this year.

Orgasm!
please let these be anamorphic widescreen transfers
I hope this means after all these years we'll finally see the unrated uncensored version of Eyes Wide Shut, that I'd be willing to buy but only if it is in fact the unrated version. And yeah widescreen would be nice however unlikely for his 1.85 films.
its about time, all great great films, i cant wait!!!
Those are awesome covers! Where the hell is Lolita dammit?
I'm with all you guys. I have been waiting forever for these. I am praying these get the anamorphic treatment.
holy !@#!, this has made my day.... just look at those covers, but where is BARRY LYNDON?!?!?!? and Lolita? Why would Warner Bros. snub those two films and not include them in the collection? I don't see any reason in that?
These are set for release in Australia too. I wonder if we'll FINALLY get the longer version of The Shining... And hopefully Eyes Wide Shut will stay uncensored over here too.
BARRY LYNDON is my favorite Kubrick film.
I always loving finding other Lyndon fans
While it isn't my favourite Kubrick, it is probably 2nd or 3rd. Despite it's length and pace, I actually find it extremely rewatchable and entertaining.
