I assume it's not £34.99 for the lot?

You assume correctly. I would update it for the 'obviously' challenged but it would spoil my nice layout.
Was Tasha Yar even in the 3rd season?
Wasnt it the 3rd season that she came back as a romahuman?
And then what???? Will be re-released all over again when HD-DVD or BluRay hits the street, in even slimmer cases??

You would think with the price they charged for the previous box sets, the studio could afford to help the fans out with this one...

In one episode, "Yesterday's Enterprise".

Why is Ricker shafted, and gets be hidden behind Picard, and Yar, who left the show gets her own? I find this odd.
Is this also coming to a release for the United States at a lower price?

Well, he was always is Picard's shadow anyway, so it is sort of appropriate!
I do agree though that there is no reason to have Tasha on a cover! wtf

This is great. I am glad Paramount is finally listening and lowering the prices. And slimmer is nice so it doesn't take up so much space on the shelf. And I quite like the cover art for them. This might sway me to buy them, since I know you can get it even cheaper then the MSRP. Cool.
Is R1 going to get the slimmer, cheaper TNG sets?

You're looking about around £25 per season online. Not bad, and close to what they should have been the first time around. It's a bit annoying as I have season one and two in the old style packaging (only cost me £40 for both). Still, there are one, perhaps two seasons that I'd like, but then it's on TV so much it's hardly worth it. I'm getting that Borg set instead, as those were among my favourite episodes.
Is these going to be avilable in the US soon?
I haven't bought any of the Star Trek series on DVD because they are just too expensive.
No way am I going to pay over $100 for any TV show.
I hope this means that the U.S. will get something like these, then I'll start to buy them.

I bought seasons one, two and three from an on-line retailer and they were only $51.OO each including shipping, which is not too bad, since I have started with the original release box set, i'm going to finish buying them that way, Steve
