Paramount Home Entertainment has revealed artwork for the 2nd season of the remastered Star Trek: The Original Series. The 8-disc package will be available to own from the 5th August, and should retail at around $99.99. All 26 episodes will be presented in 1.33:1 full frame, along with English Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround tracks. Extras will include 9 featurettes, bonus Tribble episodes (Star Trek: The Animated Series "More Tribbles, More Troubles", Star Trek: Deep Space Nine "Trials and Tribble-ations"), Billy Blackburn's never before seen on-set home videos, and original preview trailers for every episode.
