Might be my first Blu-Ray purchase disc

Attention studios: THIS is the proper amount of special features! I hope I'll have a Blu Ray player by then...
I actually thought this one was really good. My parents were big fans of Star Trek but I barely have seen one of the movies. Though I know someone at school who is a big fan of Star Trek.
But my question is actually (I'm now sounding like a broken record), but where is "Up?"

Do you know how to count dude? It's July right now... November is in LESS than 4 months...
Go to school or be a fool!
i think they meant 6 months between theatrical and home video release because it came out in May so it'll be 6 months when it hits dvd/blu. Because lately its usually a 3-4 month window between theatrical and dvd/blu.
Exactly.
I remember the seven month long wait for "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End" and "The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian." I don't recall six month wait from last November or December releases but I remember the six month wait for "Shrek the Third" real well.
Still, I am waiting for "Up."

Early artwork added
Hated it as the final poster, hate it as the DVD artwork.

Indeed!
Indeed!
Oh god. They got to change that artwork. It's bloody awful. I can't let them get away with that. I won't buy the bluray if that is the final art. I'll hunt them down and force them to change it at gun point.
Loving the cover. reminds of Transformers.

...or you can just make your own custom artwork for it and save yourself the 25-to-life prison sentence.

Cover Art: Bland
Movie: Below Average

Common, better cover artwork had to be available. So boring. Great movie though. Easily one of the top films of the summer.
It's not Diora Baird who played the Orion. It's Rachel Nichols.
I didn't really care for this that much in theaters. I think its a little overrated but i'll check it out on DVD. But that artwork is horrible!
The artwork is alright even though I was never impressed with that poster. At least they didn't add terrbile floating heads!
2-Disc digital copy special edition? Interesting!
I like the word artwork for the Blu-Ray better, but that is just me. Sorry guies for whoever hated the artwork, but this is my opinion.
I'm really anxious for "Up" to come out. I don't mean to repeat myself. I'm very sorry guies, but does anyone know when it comes out? That'll be great.

Yeah. You're right. It does.

note: I'm tired of seeing Blu-ray art with white background

Yes. That would make for much better cover art.

Does Paramount think a digital copy of the movie will sell more copies of the 2-disc SE? It's ridiculous.
Best action movie of 2009 (so far)
I'd prefer other artwork too but no real complaints here. On a somewhat related note... I still haven't seen Nemesis.
Don't. It's a waste of time, and a poor ending to the TNG-centered franchise.
C**p artwork and let the digital copy die already! Liked the movie a lot.
John Cho, Tyler Perry, Leonard Nimoy. No Shatner. They just Shat on the Shatner.
Some of the worst DVD art ever.
I did enjoy this movie. I saw it twice in theaters. I didn't expect much from it and I left blown away. So, what is with this horrible dvd art? Its so bland. Please! Someone redo to cover art.
