When the film is sh*t, just stick the hot chick in front of the cover to drive sales lol. Kristin Kreuk needs better project than this.

This has to have been better than the Van Damme/Raul Julia one.....come on....
Oh no. I watched this in the cinemas and then afterward, bought the first Street Fighter on Blu Ray and enjoyed that more than this.
wait a minute. this as a film bombed (and when i say 'bombed' am being nice to it) as well as it really didnt see the light of day in box office receipts yet Fox feels the need to release it as a 3 disc special edition set (third disc being the Digital Copy). What a waste of good 50g discs! A Must Pass
I might rent this some night when I plan to drink heavily. Kristen is a gorgeous actress, and part of the reason I got into Smallville. Why don't the Smallville kids just stay on the show? The Fog? This? Butterfly Effect 2? Poor kids.
They got the casting all wrong for this movie. Moon Bloodgood should have been the one playing Chun-Li. Not saying that would have made the movie infinitely better, but she's a bit more athletic-looking than Kristen Kreuk....
"NASH OUT!!!"
I'll watch it just out of sheer curiosity.
Well, as bad as this movie was, at least they are quitting the "Digital Copy included" with DVDs (worthless waste of a disk). I feel sorry for the Blu-Ray people though. Why can't they just get rid digital copy altogether.
Why couldn't Slumdog Millionare or even Australia managed to surpass as a 3 Disc Special Edition BD set? Ugh....Friggin' Fox choosing the s h i t t y titles to carry them is so un-logical.
A rent.

Lana Lang as Chun Li = epic fail
IMO, this was one of those few so bad it's good movies. A guilty pleasure indeed. Even though many of the fights were short, they were well crafted, IMO. I mean, c'mon, they let chun li do her energy blast plus use the spinning bird kick. Will def. pick up on blu.
Sounds terrible.

It's FOX. They suck. I need to stop supporting their movies. The only ones I'll see are the Fox Searchlight flicks, like 500 Days of Summer when that comes out.

digital copies are on DVD-Roms not blu Ray discs so they're only wastes of 8GB discs.

I know I am in the minority here, but I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. Yes, the action scenes - though very well staged - are unusually short, and Chris Klein's acting is hilariously bad, but one thing made this film: Neil McDonough as Bison. C'mon, his spoiled milk metaphor? The scene where Micheal Clark Duncan (as Balrog) repeatedly punches a punching bag, while Bison repeatedly punches a woman? PRICELESS.

Fox Searchlight flicks are still from FOX xD, just the indie side of them, which is clearly their best branch. (Little Miss Sunshine, Juno, Boys Don't Cry, Garden State, Slumdog Millionaire etc)

Is that Nicolas Cage from The Wicker Man on the cover?
I'm still curious about teh film whether it's good or bad (Yes, I like Kristen Kruek).
even though i haven't sen this pass.
And Scotty doesn't know,Scotty doesn't know. Woops wrong movie, but same calibur. Same star.
Kristen Kruek is hot, but I'd never watch this.

That bonus animated dvd they're talking about.. That was the same exclusive movie they had in the Collector's Edition for the Street Fighter IV game... Which with that the movie had came on a blu-ray... Which I notice on the blu-ray release for this, I notice they're sticking an animated movie that debuted on blu-ray and putting it on dvd if i'm not mistaken... :\

that's not the same animated movie as from the SFIV games. That movie was called SFIV: The Ties That Bind. This is called SF: Round One: Fight! It's a motion comic. I do, however, think it's a selling point for those who didn't like the movie itself. Kinda like what Uwe Boll did by putting the Bloodrayne PC games with the movies. Though, IMO, this is much better than any Uwe Boll piece of c**p. Still, Dungeon Siege was a guilty pleasure.
Has this been dumped for the UK market theatrically?
