The floodwaters have quelled, but the death toll is on the rise, and the torrent of blood rages on. Now for a veteran detective with a viciously brutal past, his new partner with a dark secret, and a department shrink who knows the city’s vices all too well, crime and corruption are about to go to all new levels of depravity, the likes of which The Big Easy has never known . In a town struggling to put the pieces back together, can anyone stop the barrage of dirty cops and the obscenely brutal drug wars that threatens it all?

The DVD is already available. I thought that Blu-ray was suppose to release titles ahead of DVD like the Dance Flick Blu-ray.

My word is Val Kilmer ever looking puffy these days. We're not talking Brando here, but The Iceman definitely Eateth.
LMAO good ole Val.
Huh?!? Why in the hell is this getting a Blu-ray release?? They actually think MORE people will want to see this in HD??
Val "Will work for food" Kilmer
WHERE'S THE SPANISH SUBTITLES?... i pass
It's rather sad to see an actor of Val Kilmer's calibre trapped in DTV hell. I managed 15 minutes of this bilge before turning it off - utterly f*cking appalling.
that bad huh? its a shame cuz it also has michael biehn too dammn!!!!!!!!!! if only michael mann directed this it woudlve been a f**king masterpiece.
I agree, i never buy movies from Anchorbay with the exception of Hellraiser on blu ray available with spanish subtitles, i think is the only one release on BD from this company with this option... too bad
Val's puttin' on a few pounds....
