They pulled this exact same tricky when Supremacy was released, yawn!

I hope it's a PROPER Extended cut this time instead of the pathetic attempt with Identity, where they just bung some deleted scenes on. Which in that case meant losing the commentary.

I'm waiting until I hear it's a proper extended cut which RETAINS the commentary.

Oh and that Red is awful. The Blue is great on the original disc, it matches the Identity's blue really well. This didn't work on the American cover where it wasn't blue.

The pixelation on the cover is also awful, it's not there on the original cover.

p.s - Crikey check out the price though! It will be bare-bones no doubt.

I agree it looks really odd... But I think the idea is that the entire lower buddy is slightly blurred but for some reason, the gun appears to be a lot more blurred than the rest. (Look closely and you'll notice the opposite hand is partually blurred as well).

Will probably be good.  I'm a sucker for extended/director's cuts of films I like already, but I'll wait for Ultimatum to hit DVD.  Hopefully there'll be some box set that has all the theatrical and alternate cuts in one comprehensive set, like Alien and Superman.

Awesome I have been waiting for this plus the new bourne files dvd should be good too I hope R4 get this also.
