The Bourne Ultimatum rocked! I'm definitely getting that one.
The Bourne Files box seems neat, too bad I already got The Bourne Supremacy and that Identity was far less then stellar.

that's my dad christmas present sorted!
Personally I only liked Identity, the director spoilt the other two for me.

Other way around for me! Personally I thought Identity had average written all over it, whereas Greengrass brought a bit of life to parts two and three. Admittedly he does go a bit over the top now and again though - the fight scene in the 3rd is rediculously hard to see whats going on!

I handled the fight scene in Ultimatum just fine. It's Supremacy that lost me camera-wise. Greengrass improved ten-fold between sequels.
A great trilogy. These got progressively better as they went along. Ultimatum is my second favorite film of the summer.
I already own the first two, but I'll get the boxed set for my dad for Christmas and just pick up Ultimatum for myself. That boxed set looks really cool. I do hope they use the image on the Home page to this site as the cover art, too.
And honestly, who the hell bought that Bourne Files set(no offense to you, btw, Slave2Horror) knowing full well they were making a third film and a trilogy box set was inevitable?

Me too, although an element of it being that I was expecting it this time. The fight in Supremacy is awesome!
Identity is a good film but Supremacy and Ultimatum are great films. The pace is definitely slower in Identity, even if thankfully the 3 films still connect together very well. It could've gone all wrong and Identity feeling very different but thankfully that's not the case.
As for the box set it looks like a cash in to me. I'd be surprised if the fourth disc offers anything valuable.
I'll be picking up all 3 on HD-DVD though for sure.

Wasn't it a given? Cheeky but a given.

Very cool box set, I wished more studios would do more movie sets like that.

Um, I did. It was only $10 at Best Buy so I decided why not. I didn't care. I just hope there's gonna be an HD DVD box-set of all three movies so I can pick em up on that. The packaging of The Bourne Files was horrible. It doesn't even have a label on the spine.

I held off buying any of the Bourne movies 'cause I knew they'd put some kind of package like this together. Now I'm just hoping there will be decent bonus features. (Also, d'ya think this will have the extended cut of Identity on it?)
As far as sequels go, the Bourne films have never aimed at failure, infact it is because of Greengrass that we get a better film everytime he directs.
THANK YOU!
A box set with all the movies wrapped up all nice and neat in a nifty package so the whole saga can be enjoyed and purchased without the life being sucked out of my wallet many times over.
Very good news indeed.

Damn! Why did I buy the first two.... Such a great trilogy cover.... Guess I'm going to own 2 copies of Identity & Supremacy... Maybe I'll sell them to blockbuster and get $10 off this pack...

I didn't buy the so called Special Edition as it removed the director's commentary and DTS but isn't the extended cut is the theatrical cut with badly placed deleted scenes on either end? I heard something about deleted scenes to tie the film in with 9/11, which thankfully they decided was a bad idea.
All the releases featuring Identity since SE have been the same SE DVD so it's likely, the HD-DVD isn't though but it does have the deleted scenes as deleted scenes.
Personally it sounds like a cash in to me and not a proper extended cut. The Theatrical Cut is the Director's Cut for too.

I will probably buy this. I passed on the recent set because I thought something better was on it's way. Glad I waited.
Yeah, I just bought the Bourne Files (never got the first two movies and I wanted to watch them again). I guess I will probably get this one, too though. Yeah, I did know better but I did it anyway. *shrugs*
Where's my HD-DVD version? Nooooooo!
Im probably the only one, but I didn't really like this...

Killer artwork!Pretty much the best film of the summer and the best Bourne movie.Although the first one is tough to beat.SOLD!
I doubt they will do another one.In the behind the scenes stuff those involved sounded like they are ready to move on.

I will not be getting this, the movie was fun but nothing worth owning.
Wow, awesome! I will definitely be getting this.
I own Identity (Explosive Edition) and Supremacy, but I'm moving from my country and I will leave those DVDs to my dad (he loves them), so I can definitely see myself buying this set.
Good timing too, cause I was planning to buy the Bourne Files set.
One thing though....I wonder if the Identity disc on this set is the same as the one on the Bourne Files set, you know, because it combines the short making-of and commentary from the first Identity DVD with the new featurettes from the "Explosive" edition.
I sure hope so

I wonder if The Bourne Ultimatum is a 2-disc version or are they including the bonus disc form The Bourne Files boxset.
The Bourne Files boxset bonus disc includes:
1)Sneak Peek of The Bourne Ultimatum
2)45-minutes of new exclusive features allowing you to discover the origins of Jason Bourne and the people who brought him to life:
-Who Was Robert Ludlum?
-The Ludlum Supremacy
-The Ludlum Ultimatum
Also, I really want to get the Collector's Edition of Identity. While it has less featurettes, it includes a commentary by Doug Liman that's missing from the extended version DVD. otherwise pretty badass box. And I hope that a 6-disc set won't be released a year from now lol.

Hmmm...I already own the first two, but I don't have the second version of Identity, and I'm guessing that this collection will, so I'll probably buy this and probably give my other two movies to my sister for Christmas.
step aside, Mr. Bond
Once again, patience is a good thing in the dvd world. I loved all three movies so I'm going to buy the trilogy.
Just how Limited is this set??
I already have the other two, but now am thinking whether I should buy this Boxed Set and sell off the first two I have on DVD?

4 disc set? so each movie is only 1 disc? wow...considering how popular and blockbuster-ish they've been, i figured they'd get the full 2 disc treatment...damn
and to those who bought that "bourne files" 2 movie set......what were u thinking? it was obvious a trilogy set would come...lol

"The Bourne Ultimatum" rocked so much, it's as if someone should do a Bourne VS Bond movie.
BLEH
I just can't beleive Matt Damon kicking peoples asses. He is the biggest wus. These movies just don't work for me, But OH WELL that's just my opinion. We all like what we like.
