Sound familiar? Just wait. As the teens begin to exhibit standard horror movie behavior, a group of technicians in a control room are scrutinizing, and sometimes even controlling, every move the terrified kids make. With their efforts continually thwarted by the all-powerful eye in the sky, do they have any chance of escape?

More movies should have mermen in them.
First day buy for sure
Great movie. One of my favorites so far this year. I think they need to find a way to mention the connection to The Avengers on the cover.
Possibly one of the best movies of the year, definitely will be picking this up.
My only regret was seeing it only once in theaters.

i very much enjoyed the movie. i think having ONLY watched the first 30 seconds of the trailer and nothing else (no pics, no press, no TV spots, etc) helped me not expect one type of movie only to get a different type of movie. one frequent and understable issue i kept reading was that the tv spots (and full trailer?) made it seem more serious horror and less campy. but yeah, i liked the movie enough to see it twice in theaters. i don't buy many DVD's these days but i will definitely be buying this one (i bought the companion book too!) and "THANK YOU!!" to the studio/whoever for giving us non-Blu-ray owners the same kick ass bonus features as BR'ers! i'm floored we are getting the same bonus features!
Day one buy for me on blu ray really like the cover YES YES YES
Great film, and it's about time they picked a release date...but I don't wanna wait two months. *first world problems*

While I personally liked it, my father didn't really care for it too much and he usually likes movies like this. My one friend didn't care for it too much either. You're not the only one.

Loved. So. Much. Will definitely pick up the Blu-Ray.
I really enjoyed it but those who I went with to see the movie and other friends who saw it at different times disliked it. I was told to avoid it actually. I'm glad I never listened.

Saw this in theaters and it was alright. Didn't think it was as good as the hype behind it.
It didn't flop. It actually made more money than the studio was expecting.
i guess september is better than waiting til near halloween. but considering wrath of the titans just came out and hit theaters before this, surprised they are taking so long, especially since as good as the movie is...it flopped so why not bring out sooner? lol
Enjoyed this movie to death. Caught it 4 times in the theaters. Definitely first day purchase! Though it sucks we still have to wait 2 and a half or so more months for this, I'm glad it's packed with features!

I loved this movie, but I want a combo pack.
I could do without the quote on the bottom but no big deal. Only thing I'm a bit disappointed in is no blu-ray/dvd combo. I like to have the DVD to watch on my laptop when I'm not near a blu-ray or I'm up at school. Oh well, I guess I'll have to deal! Just glad to hear about some information. Was hoping for a summer release but I understand the wait, just grateful we don't have to wait until October.
I'll watch it. I passed over in theaters
I love that cover. Lionsgate tends to be pretty good with that. As for the movie, I've yet to see it, but I super want to. It looks like awesomness.
Still my favorite film of the year.
Love it
