Great film!
One of the best films of the year. I'll be picking up this DVD. Hopefully, there will be a commentary with Meirelles, Fiennes, and Weisz.

Never got to the cineplex for this film. I guess I never will. I'll be watching this at home while I eat microwave popcorn. The studios aren't giving theater patrons enough time to see these films. If they don't make back big bucks in two or three weeks, they are gone...replaced with some awful horror, slasher remake.
It's a shame how few weeks new releases play in theaters these days. I nearly missed the Constant Gardner, but I was glad that I went to see it.
Shamefully, I did miss this one as well. Will rent and buy if it lives up to the expectations
It looked pretty good. Might buy it.
Pretty good follow-up to "City of God"; not as good but still pretty darn good. "City of God" was a very good movie just short of being a great/classic movie.
To my knowledge this played for quite some time in theaters (at least around NYC); something like 6-8 weeks.

Why does Universal/Focus NEVER put the trailers on the DVDs?
I'm personally scared that the trailers for Broken Flowers and Brokeback Mountain won't appear on their DVDs.

Does Focus have to "spotlight series" every damn movie they release? Great movie, anyway. If anyone has a picture of what Fiennes looks like as Lord Voldemort in "Goblet of Fire", please post it to satisfy my {and many others'} curiousity.
Don't like that cover. Too much is happening in it.
Definitely one of the best of the year. Deserves some good Oscars too. Terrific artwork too, glad they didn't fuck it up.

I'll buy this one for sure.
Loved it in the theatre.
Great Cover, btw.

Decent film, I found some spots a little slow but overall a great movie.
There's always that one movie a year that everybody else seems to like, and I didn't care much for. Last year was A Very Long Engagement, and this year it's The Constant Gardener. I mean, it looked great, and it was acted well, but I found it a bit slow at times, and I couldn't get into the story. I mean, the reviews were good, but I couldn't get into it.
