It was bad but to be honest everything leading up to the ending was just very subpar. Not as bad as some reviews make it out to believe. Not a good movie, pretty pathetic at that, but still- meh. But that ending? THAT'S why its getting its bad rap. You have an already stale movie and then you just make it suck that much more. Still, avoid at all costs.

After the reception the movie got, I'm surprised they didn't go the "From Justin To Kelly" route and dump it into the $5 bargain bin after a month.

I agree this movie was stupid...That said, watch Gone and Silent House for more stupid WTF movie endings.
Oh, I also want to add the stupidity of using that image for the cover art being as the lady in question was only shown for roughly 2 seconds in the film.
Forgot to mention that. Yeah, that lady on the cover was seen in the trailer for the exact amount of time she is seen in the film. Roughly two - three seconds. Just atrocious.

I have to say, this being a Blu-Ray Best Buy Exclusive, I had a couple of suggestions that I can share with you since Best Buy wouldn't have it:
1- Since they're not going to sell the BD anywhere else but Best Buy, they could bring back the VHS and BETA formats so this release would become TRULY exclusive.
2- Giving the movie a decent script and re-shoot all of it with the $78 mil. they made.
3- The movie could just be dumped in the $5 bargain bins on release date, see who'd buy it.

Everyone in the theatre exploded into exclamations of "what the ****" after the movie ended. I can't believe two of my friends who I went to watch the movie with liked it and went all "That was shît scary".
And that's a horrible cover. Is that inverted D supposed to be saying "Ooh, look at this, scary no? Pick me up pick me up."

I expect this to hit the $5 bargain bin by the end of the year. Absolute garbage.
Can't remember the last time I was so disgusted with a movie. Loved the theater I was in, though. Everyone was complaining, swearing, and talking back when the film was done. This was absolutely atrocious. Cheap, ridiculous, and totally unoriginal. Laugh at the Blu-Ray only being sold at Best Buy. Yeah, they know they messed up.
This movie I had such high hope for but after reading about it and the ending I will pass and I am sure that there are alot of people who would agree .I can't believe that there is nothing extra on the blu ray that's a shock.
They're only doing the Blu-Ray as a Best Buy exclusive? Wow, I guess even they realize how few people are going to buy this movie given its atrocious reception.
Maybe as a bonus feature they can actually give the movie an ending!
...Really? That's the cover you're gonna go with, Paramount?
