Quote: The Expendables are back in a sequel that Steve Weintraub of COLLIDER calls “bigger, badder and better than the first one!” The team signs on for a mission that looks like an easy paycheck for Barney and his band of old-school mercenaries. But things go wrong fast and one of their own is killed by a psychotic terrorist for hire. Hell-bent on payback, they cut a swath of destruction through enemy territory and wreak havoc upon their opponents. In the midst of the mayhem, they must also shut down an unexpected threat in the nick of time — prevent five tons of weapons-grade plutonium from falling into the wrong hands.

I just picked up the DVD. Now, I'm wondering, why is the runtime of the DVD shorter than the movie time is listed of 103 min? The DVD runtime shows : 1 hr 33 min. imdb.com shows it as the 1 hr 43 min. confused???
Loved it could ave lived without Chuck Norris.

D137B for me.
This one is DOB for me (Day One Buy). Loved it!
Zaphod Schwarzenbrox.
None of them seem to mind that they've all gone a little bit on fire.

Good action flick and actually lot better than first one. The cover is funny tho, stallone looks like his eyebrows are painted on. Also whats up with Van damme's face? It looked like it was too tight and small, looked rough
Apparently it has a DTS Neo X 11.1 track or something?
Missed this in the theater. Own the first, so I will be compelled to blind buy...

Sort of. The last 30 minutes are just a hoot and a half though... loved it.

wow, both formats get the exact same extras? crazy!!
the cover is funny, they had to squish in everyone to fit from the original poster and now Arnold is simply a 2nd head for Stallone. lol

Middle grounder, reporting in! I thought it was a big step in the right direction from the first one (which I kind of hate). Still nothing I feel compelled to watch again though.

I liked this one better than the second one. Violent, funny, grimy, and doesn't apologize for what it is. You'll either love "Expendables 2" or hate it, there's no middle ground.
Not enough Jet Li and Yu Nan action though.

I am going to buy this since I already own the first movie on blu-ray though I have not seen the sequel.
