I've heard of this. I heard it was disgusting.
LOL Hell yeah!!!
Another strange and warped movie released on DVD - Briliant!
I found my "Paved Dave" card from when I was at school the other day. I wish I'd kept more of them
Now that's what I'm talking about. This is one of the hardest (and most expensive) films to find on VHS...I'm glad we're getting a DVD of it.
Rock on Tangerine and Mackensie Astin.
So bad...but so good.

Is Meet the Feebles on DVD yet... I only mention it here cause I think someone has a screen shot in their signature... I thought it was coming out but I never saw it anywhere.
Cards
I still have a big bunch of the cards somewhere in my loft. Can't remember anything about the movie though.

The Meet the Feebles DVD is available on Region 1 and Region 2 but it is very rare now.

I used to collect the trading cards, they were so cool. The film I seem to remember was okay.

I have the DVD. I'd recommend you wait for one from Anchor Bay or Image.
The transfer is also complete crap. It was basically telecined off a very worn theatrical print, there are no chapter stops, the color separation is horrible, the image is full of scratches and objects, and there are no extra features.
I suspect the company that created the DVD, Dead Alive Productions, managed to somehow get the publishing rights through some sort of trademark or copyright lapse. No way in hell does PJ approve of this edition...in fact I'd be surprised if he even knows it exists.

I was meaning to ask you where that was from.

Awesome...ha ha. I remember this movie from years ago. Wanted to get it on VHS when I was collecting VHS movies a few yaers back, but could never find it. Now it's coming on dvd. Awesome! I still have a ton of Garbage Pail Kids cards hidden away, he he.
For anybody interested, here's a site that has scanned all of the original GPKs into an archive. Brings back all kinds of memories...
The R1 Feebles DVD is apparently semi-notrious for being a "gray-area" bootleg. I just found this out. Also, found my GIANT sized GPK cards yesterday. How my overprotective mother ever let me have them, I'll never know.

Thanks Matt J! I now remember why I have turned out so warped.... :clown:
Yeah, that Feebles DVD transfer is terrible...we deserve a better quality Widescreen transfer. Come on Peter, stop monkeying around and get us a quality DVD!
