Adam Carolla should have stayed on the radio. The trailer for this looked horrid.Well if Howard Stern loved it....
It's gotten some pretty positive press. And at least Adam is willing to stand behind it, because on his show he would always mention that he was going to appear at the regular-run screenings in LA, for Q+A. I believe they were going direct-to-DVD but Carolla convinced them (and might have even paid) for them to do the limited release screenings they were doing and really got word of mouth going.
I've heard nothing but good things about this film. I'll give it a rent!
I'll see it because it's from the director of KISSING JESSICA STEIN, stars KISSING JESSICA STEIN's Heather Juergensen, and because it got very good reviews.
It's a much better movie than you'd think. I feel that a lot of people would sort of write it off thinking it's The Man Show in movie form, but it's really not.
I definitely plan on renting it. Carolla was hilarious on Dancing With the Stars where he took every opportunity to plug it.
