The Hangover (US - DVD R1 | BD RA)
Warner Home Video reveals highres art for the unrated DVD release of the film
Title: The Hangover (IMDb)
Starring: Bradley Cooper
Released: 15th December 2009
SRP: $34.99 (2-Disc DVD)
Further Details:
Warner Home Video has announced 1-disc DVD ($28.98), 2-disc DVD ($34.99), and Blu-ray ($34.87) releases of The Hangover for the 15th December. The 2-disc DVD and Blu-ray releases will include unrated and theatrical editions of the film, a gag reel, more pictures from the missing camera, a host of other features ("Map of Destruction", "The Madness of Ken Jeong", "Action Mash-Up", "Three Best Friends Song", "The Dan Band!"), and a digital copy of the film. We've attached art for the 1-disc below.

Quote: They planned a Vegas bachelor party that they would never forget. Now they really need to remember what exactly went down! Whose baby is in the closet of their Caesars Palace suite? How did a tiger get in the bathroom? Why is one of them missing a tooth? And most of all, where is the groom?! What the guys did while partying can’t compare to what they must do sober in an outrageous caper that has them piecing together all their bad decisions from the night before – one hazy clue at a time. Director Todd Phillips (Old School) and an all-aces comedy cast bring it big time with unpredictable situations that somehow all fit together. Tie one on with The Hangover.

Well you may never know. Though to me, artwork looks so-so.

Best comedy of the summer, perhaps the year.
The artwork is nothing special.

well the one disk artwork is the poster that's good.
Easily the best comedy of the year. Day one purchase.
The question is... why is Warners releasing the single-disc with both foolscreen and widescreen formats? This was a comedy smash, and I thought Warners would do separate foolscreen and widescreen editions for this film.
It boggles the mind, honestly.

Does the one-disc have the unrated too?
What the studios should have done is used the 1-disc DVD artwork for the 2-disc and Blu-ray covers, than vise-versa. Still, the artwork doesn't looks atrocious. I've seen worse. Although the extras look pretty standard, if you ask me. Sorry, for my rambling.
2-Disc art is hideous. As for the movie, I'll rent it, but it seems very overrated. Didn't look very funny from the ads at all.

This is why you should upgrade to Blu-Ray.

Great comedy but .... the best comedy of the year is In The Loop. Check it out, people
I'll be getting this on BD when it's on sale, no rush to see this again.

And yet, some of us still can't afford it.

YES! Finally! Only drawback is that absolutely TERRIBLE, HORRENDOUS, UNINSPIRED 2-disc/ Blu-Ray artwork. Oh my God. I'll be picking this up for sure, but they really have to revise the artwork. But this was still the best comedy of 2009, for sure!
Great comedy. I would have love it if the film ends like 15 minutes earlier, it would have been much more classy. But overall, thoroughly enjoyed it and will hit the Blu.
Moronic, unfunny trash. Its box office take and popularity are a testimony to the pathetic depravity and perversity of society, who would find profane trash like this to be even remotely amusing.

Yet here you are, looking up the dvd/blu-ray release date.

LOVED this movie. Saw it twice in theaters and would have loved to payed to see it even more times. It's probably the funniest movie I've seen in years. I can't wait to own the DVD, what a perfect Christmas present.
Only bad thing: the 2-disc artwork SUCKS. God, I hope Warner changes that. They're normally so good at doing artwork for DVDs.

It's been said many times, but...FINALLY!
This movie was utterly and totally hilarious, and I can't believe I went to the theater with my parents and newly-graduated sister! It was a total blast!
But that Blu art better get a makeover. I wouldn't mind if they just slapped 'Unrated' across the bottom of the 1-disc artwork and made it the Blu cover. That art is far better than the current Blu one...
I know what I'm getting for Christmas!!!!

One of the funniest movies - EVER.
That two disc/Blu artwork is pretty lame. I'd love to see the poster where they're all in the hotel room with the tiger in the background as a substitution. It gives more of a feel for the movie.

So-so? Wouldn't you rather have the Single Disc DVD cover over the Blu-ray which looks like a Roadtrip/Eurotrip cover rip off? S h i t......I would!

Shockingly funny, Oh my god, did they just do that funny. Not a lot of laugh out loud funny.
WORST MOVIE EVER!!
Well, aside from The Dark Knight

I almost missed out on this movie at the cinema. Thank God I didn't. I know what I'm gonna be asking for for Christmas. That 2-Disc/Blu-ray art is horrible, though.
