*singing* You put your left arm in... you take your left arm out...
(joins in chorus) You put both arms in aaaand, you strangle the makers of this film.
What, is MTI joining the Asylum craze of releasing c**ppy no budget copycats of popular Hollywood films?
and an 'Urban Ghost Story'?....geez

OOOOOH!!!! A blaxploitation version of "1408?!?!?!?" This is a MUST HAVE!!!!!!!!
Hmm...this just screams direct-to-video. There are some DTV movies that look like they could have been theatrical releases, but this is just embarassing.
well it doesn't have DMX or Ja Rule so i already doubt the "urban-ness" of this film.
Having seen this film in it's original incarnation (when it was called Lie Still) I can testify that this is actually a very good low-budget chiller...
It's not the fault of the director: Sean Hogan. It was made over two years ago and is a smart horror movie that doesn't rely on gore for its drive. I like it a lot and do recommend it highly. As for the title change (Lie Still is its "real title"
, Hogan does not deserve any criticism as this is the fault of marketing and producer. That said, do give the film a shot. It's good and low-budget indie horror does deserve our support.

I agree with Jay. I caught this at Fantastic Fest in Austin and really thought it was smarter than a lot of the other stuff out there and a nice change of pace from the splat pack. You should check out the trailer: http://www.liestill.com/trailer.html
