Shelley is living a carefree life until a rival gets her tossed out of the Playboy Mansion. With nowhere to go, fate delivers her to the sorority girls from Zeta Alpha Zeta. In order to accomplish their goal, they need Shelley to teach them the ways of makeup and men; at the same time, Shelley needs some of what the Zetas have - a sense of individuality. The combination leads all the girls to learn how to stop pretending and start being themselves.

This movie was pretty funny. Sure it was stupid, but it provided some enjoyable, mindless laughs. It'll make a perfect last minute Christmas gift!

I didn't get the chance to see this yet, but heard Anna Faris is pretty good. Will pick up as a rental.
Idiotic trash with NO laughs at all.
i can't wait for this movie.. i hope they keep the movie poster as the dvd art. i actually saw it three times in theaters.
This got terrible reviews and was pulled from theaters pretty quick, but I'll blind buy. And even if it is bad, I'm sure Anna Farris hopping about in a bunny costume will make up for it.

It was a solid comedy. Anna is hilarious, and the supporting cast was great. I'll buy it.

solid comedy? this was as by the book as it gets. the plot has been done so many times you could guess what was going to happen the very second a character walked into the room
a strange girl comes and changes the lives of some loners and in the process changes her own life. movies like this and "Made of Honor" and the ill are the reasons why movies like "Disaster Movie" are made to punish us for rewarding shlock like this
and what's up with the stupid dress montage in these movies. Sex and the City had one, 27 Dresses had one, and this movie has another one. the target audience for movies like this must love dress montages

Not as funny as I thought it would be but for the most part, it was pretty enjoyable. I'd watch it again.
I really enjoyed it and will buy it. I love Anna Faris.

Exactly! It did well, and reviews weren't that bad. I saw many positive ones, and word of mouth was good among audiences, which is why it had good legs at the Box Office. Also, Anna's performance landed her on Entertainment Weekly's "Must List" (a list of 10 things they love that week).

I wanted to see this in drive-in, but dispite promises, drive-in never carried it.

Trailer just aired in UK, for 5 seconds. Doesn't say much apart from Farris can't do anything other than ditzy blonde & overall it's a bad hybrid between SATC & .... some other stupid chick flick. I bet it does well.
This was good, but it reminded me of Legally Blonde but at the Playboy Mansion. It's not Oscar-worthy but it was a good way to pass the time. Def. buy, pending on the price.

I thought this looked stupid but I guess people found it funny. I might give it a rent. But I'm never re-watching it that's for sure.
Anna Faris can actually be funny when given the right project, but I only laughed once seeing the previews to this. Hope the rest of the film has more than that though.

This made $50 million? Wow. Considering 'Beverly Hills Chihuahua' is probably going to make at least $80 million I shouldn't be surprised.
I'll pick this up because I think Anna Faris is really funny plus it will give me something to watch during Christmas.

these movies are not worth an oscar, but sometimes we need a different type of movie to watch and laugh.

This hurt...really bad. It smacks of a faux empowerment message, while becoming a part of the shallow "establishment" it fights against. Essentially, it's Sex and the City meets Animal House: The Next Generation. May it burn in Hell.
