Yes Yes Yes!
This is a truly terrific film! I originally owned the MGM VHS version complete with an awful transfer and photoschlock cover design that donned their "Contemporary Classics" banner, YUCK! Thank you Warner Bros. for using what may be the original poster art (its at least similar if I remember correctly). I sure wish this had been a two-disc, special edition. Interviews and commentaries with the Director and Stars would have been facinating. However just having this gem in anamorphic widescreen is a much welcomed Halloween gift for this DVD fanatic.

I like the opening sequence and then the movie goes downhill from there. THE HUNGER has one of the coolest opening sequences ever.
Oh no! Not David Bowie!
Yes, David Bowie!
If you have never seen this flick, give it a look. David Bowie's performance as an aging blood-sucker is remarkable believe it or not.
I can't believe my eyes. How the hell can the marketing department prefer that awful cover. Please Warner use that terrific poster art.
Old artwork was better. It looked less like a $5.99 movie.
