I hope that Blue Underground still holds the rights to all those other Fulci movies, because I can't wait for City of the Living Dead and Don't Torture a Duckling in HD.

I hope this come out with spanish subtitles
I wish Blue Underground would release these Blu-ray editions with the original audio mixes. I know that it's high definition, but the original audio would still be appreciated. Plus, DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD are almost exactly the same, so it seems redundant.
never heard of this movie, but what a risque cover.

You think the cover's risque? That's merely a taster for the misogynistic content of the movie itself.
The New York Ripper is - in our opinion - one of Fulci's finest movies; a film that has no problems with being really vicious and unpleasant.
This really is a "must-buy" on Blu-Ray for fans of the late, great Lucio.

I've always wanted to see this. No better time then now!
First Fire and Ice, and now this. Blue Underground is on roll with these Blu-ray announcements....
hmmm. usually blue underground waits for anchor bay to release the title first, then put out a s**ttier version.
Are Blue Underground's BD's region free or stuck with Region A? It'd be fantastic to get this film in BD, let alone being able to finally see it. I'm sure they'll eventually release an extras laden version down here like they did with Cannibal Holocaust - and no doubt I'll have ordered in New York Ripper just like I did with Cannibal Holocaust and then they'll release the bloody DVD of it here. The OFLC confuses the heck out of me.
Lets hope they fix the misplaced-scene issue from the DVDs!
