Every single one person on this show is great. Love it. In Belgium we just got Season 1 and 2 in one box. I'm just starting to watch them but they are great. Michael Scott :D

Do they really need to be compared? This has run for much longer than the UK version so it has a deeper well to draw from. Wasn't the initial run of this show lifted from the UK storylines anyway?

Some of the deleted scenes are just great, and that's part of the 'hours of bonus features'...I think I laughed harder with a deleted scene in S3 than with the actual show, the one where Dwight talks behind Michael's back...
