When a train carrying atomic warheads mysteriously crashes in the former Soviet Union, brilliant U.S. nuclear specialist Dr. Julia Kelly (Kidman) discovers the accident is really part of a diabolical plot to cover up the theft of the weapons. Assigned to help her recover the missing bombs is crack Special Forces Colonel Thomas Devoe (Clooney), whose brash, take-no-prisoners style clashes with Kelly’s more diplomatic approach. Putting aside their personal differences – and budding romance – the two begin a tumultuous partnership as they track down the stolen weapons, following a deadly trail of espionage and intrigue that culminates in an unauthorized air assault inside Russian territory. Now, it’s a race against time to uncover the last missing warhead...before it’s too late.

Great little action movie. The score by Zimmer is fantastic too. Will definitely be getting it to replace my DTS edition.
Got it on DVD and with that cover art, I doubt I'll upgrade to Blu unless it's less than $10.
I hope the movie's been remastered. I loved this film. Plenty of action. And great acting by Nicole and George.
What the hell is wrong with George Clooney's face expression? Hahaha

ooo To Die For.....i think thats the movie that started me on the fantasy of an older woman seducing me, even if it was for evil deeds.
but as for Nicole's hot moments, i think she also looked gorgeous in Malice....i think its the hair, she had gorgeous curly hair.
What about Dead Calm, in/out of those shorts!!!! :O Love that scene
Back on track, I have a soft spot for The Peacemaker. Its been a long time since I've watched it but I thought George and Nicole made a good double act. And I felt it was a decent enough thriller IMO. THe movie wasn't a flop, it made its budget back and a fair profit too.

I actually enjoyed this, despite it's obvious flaws.
Will be getting it

Collateral, Minority Report now this? Whats with Paramount replacing old (better) artwork with such lame generic c**p like this?
