i may give this one a shot, tartan has been pretty good to me
The problem with Tartan, and similar labels is they seem to stick to the same genre. We have such a label in the Netherlands too, and it's the same thing there too. Only horror and some thriller stuff. I mean, it's great that they give asian cinema a change and some exposure, and some of the movies are great, but for crying out loud, try something different for a change!

I feel the same way about Anchor Bay. They see to care more about horrible Sci Fi Channel movies than actual good ones as of lately. They used to be such a great company once.

In Tartan's original market they do quite a bit of general world cinema, but they specialise in extreme Asian titles. It's these extreme titles that usually make the leap across the Atlantic.

Does this mean we can expect a US remake of this movie sometime soon?
And is it just me or does those look more like pink shoes than red shoes?

My thoughts exactly
My thoughts exactly
the cover looks like a horror version of "The devil wears prada"
This one isn't about killing ballet dancers, then?
So, I am guessing David Duchovney is not reading people's mail at the begining and end of this?
Nice cover. Tagline is very corny though.

Yeah, they've gone downhill a bit since they were bought. What's with all the Stephen J Cannel productions they're releasing?
But they did just release SEs of a couple of Halloween sequels. I've been waiting for a good edition of H4.
Oh, and I just recently read that they have ANOTHER edition of Evil Dead coming out, so that's...good...

I can't tell if it would be more or less annoying that they keep dipping it if they actually upgraded the bonus features.
Seriously guys, you're focusing on a small section of Anchor Bay and IDT's output, they actually seem to put put more exercise videos and kids shows than bad Sci-Fi movies.
I still wish Anchor Bay would release "Creature" and "Scared To Death" on DVD, the straight-from-the-VHS versions I have do not cut it. And knowing them we'd get the widescreen version and maybe a commentary from William Malone on each.
Kinda like the cover art tbh :D
What is that? The cover for Saw IV: Fashion Disaster?
It almost seems like if a producer sneezes in Korea, they make a horror film out of it....
the worst part is that the shoes are PINK during the entire movie. nonetheless, the movie has great cinematography, solid acting and some cool scares. I kinda went WTF at the end, maybe I need to watch it again.
