Universal Home Video has announced the second season of The Rockford Files which stars James Garner, Noah Beery, Jr, Joe Santos and Stuart Margolin. The three-disc package will be available to own from the 13th June, and should set you back around $39.98. Each of the episodes will be presented in 1.33:1 full frame, along with English Dolby Digital 2.0 Mono tracks. The only extra material will be the series pilot, an interview with Stephen J. Cannell, and bonus previews. We've attached the artwork below:

I wonder if they will include the pilot episode of the show this time (that wasn't included in the season one set).

Wow -- that's hardly complimentary. Maybe I should refrain from buying this if it means I'd be a dork otherwise. I suppose, however, my initial intent would've been enough to label me as such anyway -- wouldn't it? In that case maybe I'd better buy it after all and remain true to myself.

The Pilot is on this set, you can refer to the second menu shot that says "Series Pilot" in big white letters.
