Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment has announced the DVD and Blu-ray release of The Sound of Music: 45th Anniversary Edition for the 8th of November. The press release for this one is a bit confusing, as it lists the Blu-ray and DVD separately even though retailers are only showing a combo version and a special 'Collector's Edition'. Retail price for the Blu-ray combo appears to be arround £15.99, with the collector's set weighing in at around £69.99. Details from the press release follow.
