Awesome movie, I purchased this as a blind buy here in the U.S. and am so happy I did, the transfer is superb in picture and sound and the movie is just great-going on my 3rd viewing, this is for anyone of every age and gives you that good feeling you had with E.T. or Neverending Story, a real fantasy for all ages. Great musical score as well. Had Sony promoted this movie properly, this would have made alot more at the boxoffice!
How come you U.K. buyers seem to always get better covers?

Excellent cover - WAY better than the R1 and it's also the reason why I held out to see what the R2 cover would look like because Sony have a habit of replicating the US covers to the UK. Anyway, a definate must-buy for me and a great film worth checking out if you haven't seen it.

Nice cover. The film wasn't my cup of tea, though.
Fantastic cover! Alex Etel probably has a giant savings account at the rate he is going.
Wow, freaking sweet cover lol.
FINALLY someone mention's King Kong's involvement with Weta! All I ever see is LOTR and Narnia.
Good movie BTW.
