We'd love to see a new copy with a wonderful transfer, as The Wolf Man is the jewel in the crown of Universal's classic monsters cycle.

Thats what I was thinking. It's probably just a pointless re-release.

Classy art...Im lovin it. Definate BUY for me
I don't know...the Legacy Series has done these films pretty well as far as I know. The transfers have been much better than the previous sets (in the green packaging) IMO.
Though I like the cover, it's not a picture of him from the original movie, it's at least from Frankenstein Meets The Wolf Man, you can tell because he has more hair on is face. And on the other sets the monsters or more off in the distance, but this is just me being nit picky. I've been waiting a long time for this one and will be buying it first day.
No blu?
It may or may not be a buy for me. I would love if Universal came out with a better collection than the Wolf Man Legacy Collection that came out years ago. If it does and that set doesn't include the original Wolf Man, then I would definitely get this.

Cool....don't own this yet....may get it
Canceled
I just heard from DVDEmpire that this has been canceled?
