Warner has announced a new Blu-ray release of the George Clooney movie
Title: Three Kings (IMDb)
Starring: George Clooney
Released: 12th October 2010
SRP: $24.98
Further Details:
Warner Home Video has announced a Blu-ray release of Three Kings for the 12th October. Retail will be around $24.98. Extras will include a commentary by Writer/Director David O. Russell, a second commentary by Producers Charles Roven and Edward L. McDonnell, additional scenes, featurettes ("Under the Bunker: On the Set of Three Kings", "An Intimate Look Inside the Acting Process with Ice Cube", "Tour of the Iraqi Village Set with Production Designer Catherine Hardwicke"), David O. Quote: While high-tech U.S. specialists fought, career soldier Archie Gates marked time in his Gulf War base camp. But now it’s time for action. Gates and three other restless Americans decide to raid a bunker holding a stash of gold stolen by the Iraqi army. Get in, get out, get rich, be back in time for lunch: the plan couldn’t be easier. George Clooney portrays Gates, Mark Wahlberg, Ice Cube and Spike Jonze are his fellow commandos and Nora Dunn plays an ambitious TV newswoman in this acclaimed film that by turns is a war movie, an antiwar movie, a surreal comedy and a powerful drama of human compassion – all written and directed with exhilarating style by David O. Russell . From start to finish, “Three Kings rules” (Susan Wloszczyna, USA Today).

Sweet, one of Clooney's early hits. Hopefully this one will look good in HD. Day one purchase for sure.

Love this movie. Never understood why Spike Jonze didn't get his name on the cover. Will definitely get on blu-ray.
While Three Kings was a really good movie, I've seen it too many times to own it on Blu-ray. So I'm gonna have to pass on buying this one.
I agree, seen it way too many times. It comes on tv a lot too. Are some of these features new? I dont remember deleted scenes b4.

Yeah the dvd had four deleted scenes with optional commentary.
Come on you can't have seen Three Kings too many times, its a great movie. Certainly one of my favourite war movies, the leads are great but it also has a great supporting cast aswell. I also like this cover over my current dvd one. Providing this Bluray has a good transfer I will gladly upgrade from my dvd.

I remember seeing this once and enjoying it a lot. Haven't seen it in years. Also just bought a new 60 inch so I can;t wait for the Bu-ray! Don't remember how this film goes
One of the best films of the last decade.
Edit: I guess the decade BEFORE last now.

99 was an interesting year. Its sad Siskel died that year b/c he missed some good ones as well
A modern day classic. The cover art is nothing special.
