How was this show? Was it one of those like "Nightstalker" that just ended with resolution or did they conclude it? Its not fair they stole the "War of the Worlds" tagline Theyre already here, well not exactly but its close.
I really liked this show and was upset when it was canceled. I don't remember there being any resolution at all. Fourteen episodes were made, but I don't think all of them were aired. I hope they explain the aliens more in the final episodes, but I doubt they did.
The last episodes were aired overseas...on Sky I believe...anyway, they did kind of wrap up the series in the last episode, but I don't think too many people would consider it a finish and might even consider it a cop out if they did--one of those resolutions they could film in an afternoon. Good show though, I was quite surprised it got cancelled so quickly...a lot better than that plod along bore Invasion anyway.
I loved the show. Too bad it was cancelled because season 2 and 3 would have really interesting given the plans Braga had for the show.
This started out a really good show but I got bored with it after about 4 episodes. I think I will get the DVD and watch all the eps but I'm no big fan. And Invasion is good so don't dis!
I liked the episode with Elizabeth Berkley.
Invasion is so much better then this... I got fed up with the show after 5 episodes. I guess the main problem was Brannon Braga. Everything he's written in the past 8 years or so has been so formulaic you could guess when he had written an episode of Star Trek.
Lots of potential for this show, but in the wrong hands as far as writing was concerned.

yea this was a show that was starting to get intresting.. like B5: Crusade, it never got the chance to tell its story ;(
It seems that these days network exectutives won't give a new show enough time to build an audience. If the show isn't a c**ppy reality show (american idol, survivor, etc.) or doesn't show impressive numbers right away then it gets cancelled. This show could have been given some more time to find an audience. I hear that "Invasion" is on the brink of cancellation soon.
CBS decided to change it's night to Tuesday without very much promotion. I believe that was during november sweeps, and the ratings were too low, so they canceled it. (I might be confusing part of that story with why Reunion was canceled. I read it on TV.com.)
i've been sick for days and FINALLY I feel better! well not really, but I feel like i'm on cloud 9!!!! LOVED this show and very upset CBS cancelled it!
Boy that Carla Gugino sure is something! I`ve never heard of this show though.
A great show with lots of potential that was unfortunately not given a chance by CBS...shows like these build over time. My favorite of the sci fi shows this season was Surface which I also think is a goner. Invasion bored me to tears.
I never watched this show, but to me, it sounds more or less like a rip-off of The X-Files (which is one of my favorite shows).
That's my opinion anyway.

Patrick was just saying that he never watched it because to him, it sounded like a ripoff of the x-files. You didn`t have to go and get mad at him like that. It was his opinion, so why would you tell him not to voice it?

Maybe because his opinion was based on nothing...if he hasn't seen the show, then his opinion is really of no value to anyone. Besides which, Gary really didn't get mad at him, and he was right anyways...don't judge something you've never seen before.

Well, isn't that why everyone has opinions? Let's all say it together now..... BECAUSE WE CAN VOICE THEM.....there we go. That wasn't too bad now was it?
And stop getting all bent out of shape over some show that barely lasted 14 epsiodes.
Wait a second...why am I even wasting my time typing this?? Hmm...

The problem is that you had nothing to base your opinion from. If you knew anyhting about ehs how, it wouldn't seem like any sort of X-Files ripoff. this show was strictly about aliens, specificlaly four-diminsional aliens.
This show was okay. They showed just repeated the same thing over & over again. "Virus" contained in a ship, then a school etc. I hope this has has an unseen episode where everything gets tied up but I doubt it!
CBS never gave this show a chance. I loved this show. 1000 times better than "Invasion". Still scratching my head as to how this got canceled before that idiotic series "Surface".
The reason this show repeated the same storyline so much is because the channel it aired on (can't remember which), kept demanding episode specific storylines so people new to the show could follow. All series start off that way anyway, Buffy was a monster of the week show, Supernatural is the same, even shows like Gilmore Girls and Everwood followed the same formular every episode in the first season, then they begin to branch into season long arcs.
I gave up on this after about the fourth episode. It was boring, stupid and all the characters were either bland or just unlikeable.
In Australia, about 6 episodes were aired in prime time then it got lost and then went to the 11pm time slot....

Dude, the more you talk about this, the bigger the tool you make yourself out to be and the bigger the hole you dig for yourself.
Bottom line: You never watched the show, therefore your opinion on the matter is useless and unimportant. Now, please stfu.

Now this will probably p**s alot of people off...but as they say; fighting with each other on a message board is like being in the special olympics....win or lose you're still retarded. Can't we all just get along?

The moment LOST was successful we saw this, Surface, and Invasion. All of these shows are trying to capture the same mysterious plot that LOST had. LOST is still the best drama on television in my opinion.
Also, I didn't know Peter Dinklage was in here, he's a great actor. The Station Agent is one of my favorite movies, and he was good in Find Me Guilty.

Only deleted scenes for the pilot- I was hoping for more deleted scenes that that. It would have been nice to have a commentary for the last episode so that the creators could reveal where they would have went. Not a bad group of extras though.

as for the show itself, I started following it and liked it but just lost track so while I wont be buying this, I might give it a rent to see how it ended...or least finshed
