Did someone say Eddie Vedder? Instant buy.
I might pick this up.
I'm surprised it took this long to get released on DVD. Anything featuring the Ramones is an automatic buy for me.
The concert in the film was really a tribute to Joey, but Johnny died a few days later.
The Ramones could have been huge but Johnny stood in the way. He wrote some great songs but his business decisions regarding the band were just unfathomably wrong. The cause is just but if this is an attempt to glorify Johnny in any way, you can keep this DVD. I was lucky enough to see The Ramones live and they were great. Unfortunately in music there are always dirtbags and Johnny was one of the biggest.
Definitely
Well, if I hate any Ramone, it is Johnny. But, the Ramones changed my life, and will forever be my favorite band. So I'll probably buy this.

This was a deeply moving film for me, which is saying something, because Johnny Ramone was a bit of a prick.
