Quote: Action star extraordinaire Arnold Schwarzenegger is perfectly cast as Quaid, a construction worker haunted by dreams of Mars in the year 2084. Against the wishes of his sexy wife (Sharon Stone), Quaid goes to Rekall, a company that implants artificial memories so he can “remember” visiting the red planet that is now being settled by human inhabitants. However, Quaid soon learns he is actually an amnesiac secret agent from Mars – or is he?

Commentary aside there are around two hours of bonus material on this release, both new and vintage. Not bad for a catalogue title nowadays.
I'm glad this got anew transfer. Let's hope it was done well. I am excited to pick it up and see it.
We're getting the same transfer in the UK from Studiocanal. I just hope Verhoeven had his specs on and that it actually looks like a new scan, not an aged one digitally tarted up. Be nice to have one with accurate colours, no video noise and some real detail.
Restoration demos always interest me, glad to see one is on this release!

It doesn't specifically say how long that documentary is. It might be feature length and s**t.
Personally I'm looking forward to a good looking transfer. Total Recall has been pretty dumpy over the years.

This has the potential to be a great catalog release...
