It looked better than the second one but still c**p. I'll probably rent it given that Megan Fox didn't come back.
"The best action movie ever"
Uh, no?
Uh, no?
"The Blu-Ray & DVD everyone wants to own."
Ah, no.
Ah, no.
I don't care if anyone hate Bay's Transformers, I will get DVD for sure.
Kill it with fire.
I hope they release a trilogy Blu-Ray set and port over everything from the 2-disc editions of 1 & 2.
I hope they do a 3D version of this like Paramount did with Thor. I never got to see it in theaters and still want to see it in 3D.

Yeah right. Like I would buy this stinking pile of horse dung. I wouldn't watch it even if-
RIFFTRAX presents Transformers: Dark of the Moon!
....c**p.
NO! No. This is not going to be a buy no matter what. I know. I'll wait till someone decides to buy it, send it back to my favorite video store, and buy it pre-owned. That way the money goes to a store I like and not to the studios!

Unbelievable it may be, but I think, Someday, I'll buy the Trilogy BD set of this if I met a good bargain/dustbin. You know what got me interested? It's the-making-of Documentaries in the BD. I first heard it from my friend who loves and owns each of these movies. Then I watched it, and it turns out these 4 hours (more or less) docs & the other bonus features are actually well-made and a million times better edited, more substantial (about the making process & Transformers universe) and more interesting than the actual movies. Example: You want to know how much of a jerk M. Bay can be, how he first came up with the idea of Devastator's balls and (kinda) confessions of how much he is feared/loathed by the crews? The doc presents it to you in a good way. LOL
i loved part 1 and even enjoyed part 2 but this movie was AWFUL! so bad i have no desire to ever see it again.
LOL it's funny I HATED the first two and while I still didn't Ike this one, it was tolerable. The first half is the best then the action is overkill. The action scenes are better staged than the first two. I realized that b/c u have to hold the shot longer when filming 3d. Also there were no gay robots or exhausting scene of a mom who ate marijuana brownies. I liked a lot of Sam searching for a job too. Again I dint like it but after the first two it was a small step in the right direction. It was still too long though.
I just couldn't make it to the theatres to watch this. I have 1 & 2, so I will pick this up... but not this edition. The fact that the 3D version is not included tells me all I need to know about a double-dip, maybe during the holiday season.
I really enjoyed part 1, but part 2 was all over the place. I must be one of the few guys who really was sad Megan Fox was not a part of this one. She was pure eye candy and Rosie is a very bad replacement!

Well I hate it any time an actor is replaced. I was always mad when katie holmes was replaced in the dark knight. I bet she was too, she coulda worked with heath leadger. Who knows how things might have turned out tho?
This movie was a big improvement over the past two films. It's not just the 3D technology and all, there's an interesting story that the filmmakers don't really take advantage of.
I'm not saying this was a good movie (bad acting and a bloated running time), but I would say this is worth renting just for the action sequences. (And perhaps a purchase if you've seen the movie in 3D.) Thank you Michael Bay for actually making the action coherent and well-staged, it makes all the difference.
It was fun seeing Patrick Dempsey play the heavy, and Rose Huntington-Whiteley is so much easier on the eyes than the tramp Megan Fox. I have to say this is one of Michael Bay's better films -- not his best though.

Worst film of the year. Period. This film makes The Smurfs look like The Dark Knight. The fact that these piece of s**t films make millions of dollars amazes me. Thank God I watched this bootlegged. When that girl's ass came on screen I though, "this film is gonna suck". By the time Ken Jeong came on I thought, "this is gonna be one of the worst movies I'll ever see." And it was. Though, I gotta say, that model is actually a better actress than Megan Fox. And that's just sad.
Hollywood has made some pretty low movies, but "Transformers" is just a whole other ballpark. These movies just need to stop. I have to admit, the first was actually pretty decent but after that, the movies just got worse. Everyone says the third is the best of the franchise, ha! that's like saying the c**p I took last night wasn't as bad as the c**p I took the night before. It's STILL C**P!

Then don't waste your money on it. Personally really enjoyed all 3 and will buying the 3d release when it arrives. Maybe some people just go I with to high expectations. After all it is a Michael Bay film!

I am someone who likes ALL 3 of the Transformers movies, and here is why ALL 3 of the Transformers movies are better than I Know Who Killed Me (2007), Dirty Love (2005), Freddy Got Fingered (2001) and Battlefield Earth (2000) respectively:
For I Know Who Killed Me (2007): Not only did it deserve its multiple razzies, it was not even 0.0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% scary, at least some people who hated at least one of the Transformers movies thought that the Transformers movies they are talking about were scary.
For BOTH Dirty Love (2005) and Freddy Got Fingered (2001): Not even 0.0000000000001% funny, plus those movies had NOTHING but unfunny "humor", and fart jokes that were worse than how people described ROTF. When I saw both of those movies, I thought "If this is comedy, than FREDDY KRUEGER is a comedian.".
For Battlefield Earth (2000), horrible camera angles, bad writing, bad directing, bad acting (INCLUDING JOHN TRAVOLTA), ZERO PLOT, only filmed half the book.
As for 2011, there were movies that got even WORSE reviews than DOTM, some of these movies include The Roommate (2011) which as described by some people who liked and did not like DOTM as not even 000000.0000000000000000000000001% scary, and some of those people who did not like DOTM called DOTM more scary than The Roommate.

I just wanted a Skids and Mudflap-less sequel. Got my wish. Will be getting...
I just hope the dvd has a tons of features like the other 2 did and I wish it was 2 disc but I still may get Blue ray since I don't have a player yet,but I am planing on getting one before Christmas
cooldude44, your post is so ridiculous it's confounding. just because TRANS 3 was better than the 3 movies you listed doesn't mean it wasn't god awful. lol.
Who said the "The Best Action Movie Ever" line? I can't see his name. I wanna punch him in the face! LOL

Oh jeez, don't bother seeing Season of the Witch. I wouldn't see it at all.

I don't get why people love to talk trash about the Transformers series as a whole. I guess you either love these movies or hate them. I own Part 1 and 2 on BD and granted yes, Revenge of the Fallen was pretty bad, I thought Dark of the Moon was a blast. Great 3D effects and lots of action and great special effects/battle scenes. The movie is freaking long as hell at almost 3 hours, but it moves really fast. I will definitely be picking this up.
