There's quite a lot really. I've just cut out all of the PR c**p, that's all. Not that I really want this film...
I'll just buy the one disc when it drops to a tenner. The last half hour of this movie is about the only bit I will watch.
The exact same artwork as R1. 1-disc cover is so much better. Personally, I really don't care, this movie had nothing good besides CGI.
Of the two, I prefer the two-disc art. Still, as you say, who cares?
Well i loved it, and it did have Shia LaBeouf, did it not? I just love this guy, loved his work in Distubia as well.
You should check out the region 4 edition - released 1 November - quite pricey at $50 AUD however still pre-ordered it - comes in the world's first transforming DVD packaging. Turns into a 15" Optimus Prime. I'm sure it will be a good idea poorly executed but I'm a sucker for gimmicks and packaging.

I've ordered that one too, if it's just a shoddy cardboard thing Nicola is going to break some heads.
It already is a tenner on pre order from Play.com
The single disc cover sucks. Since when was it Trans formers?

That's how the logo/title has been displayed several times over the years on DVD packaging for the cartoon series, the toys, and the 80s film.
Will definitely pick this up, easily the most entertaining summer blockbuster this year.

I agree. The vertical titling is nice though.

This was such a mess. With the complexity of the robots you couldn't make out what was an arm, a leg or a head when they were rolling round fighting...
The best thing about this move was the music score, and they haven't even released that...

The film's score is being released a week prior to the DVD here in the US...not sure about the rest of the world.
I enjoyed this film for what it was: mindless, loud, and visually appealing entertainmnent.
Oh, and the hotties Josh Duhamel and Shia LaBeouf, too, LOL.

Well I dislike the 2-disc art, but heck, I'll get it, it's what's on the inside that counts. "More than meets the Eye..."
I'm amazed how so many people liked this movie. It wasn't horrible, it was just bad. But then again, who am I to judge, I'm gonna get PotC At World's End on DVD lol.
That is cool it is the same art as R1. I will hold out for the eventual extended IMAX cut. I was pleasantly surprised by the film. Gotta love the voice of Prime though.
"Muuh muuh" *mash mash*
Calm down before you all break your head rods.

That is the original Transformers logo from the original cartoon. The new movie isn't called Trans Formers, it's just used the proper logo.

well least here they make it clear that megatron is the back..cuz on the R1 message board...some people were confused and thinking it was 2 different covers...lol
Stop putting money in their pockets, the industry will continue churning out this s**t otherwise.
Thought this film actually improved on a second viewing. Surely a first for Michael Bay...
Also, a DTS track would have been quite nice, but never mind...

I thought it was great on the first viewing, and it seems many many others did too.
who Wants to access extras during the feature? I've always hated that idea especially when you can't access the extras any other way. effing stupid feature.

Calm down people. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and there's no need to go hurling abuse if it differs from your own.
