Sick is a positive adjective? I had to re-read, thinking you were saying only the red one was good.
p.s - I like both but wouldn't rush to own them. Like Rambo, Tron Legacy had a nice 80s feel to it.
According to my California Coastal Surf/Skate Slang, "sick" can be positive.

Sod 'someone else'. I'm not spending my hard earned so 'someone else can watch it for free round their house. They can watch one round my house, no problem, but I'd never impose my film choice on someone else in their own home. The arrogance.
No! S**t 'em. Let em buy their own chuffin films.
This is the proper use for the Super Set.
BD3D-To watch on your own if you'd like a migraine.
BD-To watch properly as nature intended.
DVD-To watch when BD player breaks down or you want to have a good laugh at the crusty PQ.
Digital Copy-To watch on your ipod to simulate watching from the back of the stalls of the Odeon Leicester Square.

Tron: Legacy Blu-ray 3D needs to come out in the states. Right. Now.
My most anticipated purchases for 2011:
*Black Swan Blu-ray
*Tron: Legacy Blu-ray 3D

All the money and resources at their disposal and that was the best they could come up with? Still, they're jumping straight in with a third one, as there will be a specially-shot teaser included with Tron Legacy on DVD & Blu.

Really? I thought "Tron:Legacy" was the most fun film I've watched this year. Visually stunning, with some decent emotional depth. So you're saying not even one minute of it was entertaining? To each their own, but to be bored in this movie is like saying you were entertained by "Glitter".
As for the Tron 3 teaser, I'll agree with you on that won. I think that's overkill, especially since the movie flopped financially, considering its hefty 300 million budget.

The digital copy isn't going to be in 3D, and even if it was, you wouldn't be able to play it on a portable device, unless you're planning on getting a 3DS of course (and who isn't?). Not that I want the digital copy anyway, just saying...
Here's how the combo packs are useful (in my opinion):
Blu-ray 3D: For you to enjoy
Blu-ray: To bring over to someone's house if they don't have Blu-ray 3D
DVD: To bring over to someone's house if they don't have Blu-ray
Digital Copy- To bring over to someone's house if they don't have DVD

Oh god, i hate those f**king "Double Play" and "Super Play" labels! Seriously, who needs them?! They think UK consumers are so lazy that they're not gonna check the BACK for what's included? Just put it there! And what is up the BRIGHT RED and BLUE banner on Tron Legacy?! It looks almost as awful as the 'original TRON' cover art with frisbee guy... Fail Disney, Fail!
Hopefully the US release will have better artwork. Then i'll buy both movies. Both pretty good

Ah once again Disney redefine the word 'classic', curio maybe, cult-classic borderline, classic no. Fondly remembered Tron is but a classic it is not. Looking forward to picking up Legacy but I'll wait for news on the originals transfer.
OMG!!! I missed this when it was in theaters. Will definitely see this on Netflix.

The film was perfectly fine, but oustide of a theatrical setting it's gonna lose a whole lot. After all, it's a VERY visual affair

Seriously, it can't be.
It looks like a guy with arthritis, holding a Frisbee, wearing a home-made Tron outfit.
The suit isn't even lit up for goodness sake.
That's what the original Tron looks like compared to Legacy though right

Sick covers!!! Except the red bordered 3D Replay, that one is ugly. Highly enjoyed this in the theatre. Bummed I didn't get to see it again. Didn't want to see it in 3D.
Double pack for me.
