HBO has announced DVD ($59.99) and Blu-ray ($79.98) releases of True Blood: The Complete Fourth Season for May 29th. Extras on the DVD release will include 6 audio commmentaries and 2 featurettes ("Inside the Episodes", "True Blood The Final Touches"). The Blu-ray release will also include the following additional features ("True Blood Lines", "Character Perspectives", "Flashback/Flash Forward", "Vampire Histories / Character Bios / Hints / FYIs"). season 4 was MUCH better than season 3 which was pretty bad but it's still nowhere near the amazing 1st season. season 2 was also pretty good. i hope season 5 will be good. and Track, i agree Jessica is THE best!
TRUE BLOOD has been kind of a guilty pleasure for me since the very begining; it's fun to follow only if you are willing to put aside how silly it actually is while trying to be, well, shocking, mature or whatever in a very juvenile way.

terrible season.
I have yet to see Seasons 2 and 3... but from what friends have told me: it's a wild ride in more ways than one. Glad HBO makes such good television.
Pre-ordered. Can't wait.
