I would love to see Fire Walk With Me with deleted material either in an extended cut or seperate. It would be great to have a new version of it that would have some more features than just a reunion of the cast.
oh dear god, thank you thank you thank you
They're saying the new date is March 6th?! My god, they should make a movie about the making of that album, it'd be fascinating.
From what I read, s1 will be coming out either right after or at the same time of s2. I did also hear that the pilot will be included for s1.
There was also one other rumor that the movie "Fire Walk With Me" will eventually get a release with all the deleted material. Either way it kicks ass that s2 will be out.

Wow I've Been waiting like atleast 4 years for this! I can't believe it has a date too! I hope the quality of the first season can be retained by paramount as the DTS on the artisan is very impressive for a tv show especially one as old as that. Who Cares I'm just happy to know they'll be arrivng next year!
Jesus Christ! finally!!! roll on april!!

Hey Slim, my buddy in Portland saw GNR the other night and aside from saying the show fkn rawked, there's a tentative release date of March 6th. I wouldn't hold my breath for it though.... or a complete series set of Twin Peaks.

Looks like Kyle has had too much of "The Spice" on that cover...
I could care less if they release the whole set. I gotta snatch this up. If everyone waits for the "Supposed" Whole Series Set, Paramount might not release the set based on weak sales of Season 2.
YAY!!! As everyone else says......FINALLY!!!
jesus christ...finally.
I'm glad that this season is finally going to be released but I'm going to hold out for a complete series box set that includes the Pilot.
Nice art. Don't care if there's a complete set, I will buy season 2 immediately. I was only a kid when this first aired, so I discovered the genius from the DVDs, so I've been hanging to find out what happens.
I am so pleased that this has finally been announced, 2007 is looking to be a grand year for David Lynch fans (doubt we'll get the KILLER DTS mixes & great extras that artisan put on the 1st season set but I'll just be happy to have high quality versions of the 2nd season).
Now if Paramount would just announce the release of the pilot...

MY GOD!!! FINALLY!!! Some frackin tard in some pimped out office been holding out on the true fans. I will agree the re release of the first season with the pilot included would be boss. yet I can think of some good extras that I would like to see. Fans of the show and some footage of the Twin Peaks Festival held each year. Reunion commentary would be nice on the Pilot episode. And who could forget the Donahue episode wit the full cast. I would love to see that again. "sigh" I wish
Yet I cannot WAIT for some more of that coffee and pie.
My god, it's actually here? Is Guns' N' Roses' "Chinese Democracy" also coming out? Seriously though, are they also rereleasing Season 1? I've tried to find it, but I'm always unsuccessful. Did they pull it from stores?
Oh yeah.
What about the pilot? It would be cool if it had a branching option to view it with two versions of the ending, the standard t.v. one and the theatrical one.
IIRC, when season one was due out, there was no great mention of a UK release. I was all set to get my aunt in Austria to send me the advertised German release (cos Austria often gets the German stuff too!), when a version popped up in the UK shops at the same time!
Bizarrely, the German edition was the first advertised this time as well, so I'm crossing fingers that it'll show up in the UK around the German release date.
Of course we also have a second season soundtrack album and another album covering further music from the TV show and movie due next year . . . yippee!!!!

The rights reverted from Artisan to Paramount, so Paramount will likely be putting out a "Season One" set at the same time, hopefully with the pilot.
Oddly enough, the seocnd season has been advertised inb a few TV series boxed sets in the UK for the past six or seven months (Earth Final Conflict for example)
Wait for it... Wait for it...
I too would want the whole series in one set, hopefully they'll do that.

YES! I want the complete series in one set.
They finally got all the problems out of releasing it, the first season was out years ago, seems like forever waiting for the second and final one but that last episode was brilliant, wonder how much longer it'll be until the UK gets it.
