Quote: With stolen top-secret technology, terrorists have created a next-generation Universal Soldier - an elite fighter genetically altered into a programmable killing machine. With this "UniSol" (Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Andrei "The Pit Bull" Arlovski) leading the way, they seize the crippled Chernobyl nuclear reactor, threatening to unleash a lethal radioactive cloud. The only one who can stop them is Luc Deveraux (Jean-Claude Van Damme), a UniSol who's been decommissioned for years. Reactivated and retrained, Deveraux must make a full-out assault on the heavily armed fortress. But inside, he'll discover not one but two of these virtually indestructible warriors. Andrew Scott (Dolph Lundgren), Deveraux's vicious UniSol enemy from the original Universal Soldier, has been secretly reanimated and upgraded. Now, these elite fighters are locked, loaded and programmed to kill; and the fate of millions hinges on this high-action showdown.

Both Dolph Lundgren and Jean-Claude Van Damme's careers are both due for a regeneration, right about now....
I heard they're in the movie for only like 10-15 minutes, is this true?
Might rent this.
Might rent this.
From "JCVD" to this, not a up on the scale of making better movies each time I reckon...
Might check it out.
I just saw the trailer for this on YouTube. I just might buy the Blu-ray on day one as this one looks to be a hell of a lot better than "Universal Soldier: The Return"!!

Jean Claude had no choice but to be in the movie. He would've been sued otherwise for dropping out of another project.

Van Damme was contractually obliged to do this sequel he owed the film company a movie after smashing machine fell through and by the sounds of it he didnt really want to do it and it kind of shows in the preview he looks like he is asleep, pretty sure Lundgren is in it for about 15-20 min and Van Damme 30-40 min, i may be wrong though.
There were rumblings that this could get a theatrical release, but I guess it's not the case. I hope that good old Van Damme manages to get one more theatrical release... maybe he should have said to The Expendables!
That it is but they weren't Canadian they were Showtime Production starring something King!
Tell me guys...what do you think about this for DVD/Blu Ray cover??

oh i did not know that...i figured they were canadian because they were filmed here and featured many canadians in the cast, plus it had that cheap look our movies tend to always have. lol

Lol, what are those "heads" !
It feels the impression that the actor's head were sticked on other bodies than theirs :s

"with dolph lundgren and jean claude van damme"
hmmmm...that does indeed give the impression that they have small roles like the rumors say.

Yeah, from what I hear Van Damme and Lundgren only have glorified cameos.
It's funny that even though Lundgren has a cameo, they get him to do a commentary. Then again, maybe I really do not want to hear a feature length commentary from Van Damme, no matter how much I like him! No idea about "The Pitbull" though.
I am SO gonna buy this and SO gonna regret it. I just know it. I hate myself, I'm a JCvD prostitute.
