Momentum Pictures has announced the DVD and Blu-ray release of Valhalla Rising for the 17th of May, priced at around £15.99 and £24.99 respectively. The only bonus material mentioned in the press release is an audio commentary with director Nicolas Winding Refn and journalist Alan Jones. Here's the trailer and artwork.

Why go the 300 route? Why not give it it's own distinct look? Too time consuming?

Absolutely brilliant film, without any cgi and shaky cam c**p, old school film making, brutal, epic and in the last part very thought provoking.
