Fox Home Entertainment has announced a Blu-ray release of Vanishing Point which stars Cleavon Little and Dean Jagger. The disc will be available to own from the 24th February, and should retail at around $34.99. The film will be presented in widescreen, along with English 5.1 DTS Master Audio. Extras will include commentary by director Richard Sarafian, a branched UK version boasting nearly ten minutes of additional footage, a Cars, Cops, and Culture 70’s Trivia Track, an Interactive 1970 Dodge Challenger, 2 featurettes (Built for Speed: A Look Back at Vanishing Point, OA-5599), TV spots, and a feature that goes behind the scenes of one of the first all-rock film soundtracks.
