Quote: Jack Nicholson and Michelle Pfeiffer star in WOLF, a wickedly funny, wildly romantic, white-knucklethriller. James Spader (sex, lies and videotape), Kate Nelligan (The Prince of Tides), Christopher Plummer (The Sound of Music) and David Hyde Pierce (TV's Frasier, Sleepless in Seattle) co-star in this beastly tale of love and betrayal with equal measures of humor, passion and delicious terror.

I've always wanted to see this. My parents saw it when it was first released in theaters, and they were both 'meh' about it. I will probably NetFlix it.
This is my 2nd favorite Nicholson film (that's not named Chinatown, Easy Rider, or One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest) after Batman. I'll be picking this up on release day for sure......Love this film.
I thought Nicholson was acting a bit naff in this one. Chinatown is my second favourite Nicholson film with The Shining being first of course, which reminds me, is Chinatown out on Blu-ray yet?
I've always really liked this movie; it's nothing dazzling or groundbreaking, but it is still very good and criminally underrated. Has a great atmosphere to it, leaving a great deal unexplained and mysterious. (And if anything, it is most DEFINITELY one of the better werewolf movies ever made, a genre that has unfortunately slim pickings if you want a real quality film.)
I wish Mike Nichols would record a commentary track for this, as I would love to hear what he has to say about it. As is, it's seemingly impossible to find any in-depth information on the making of this movie!
Oh, and on a sort-of related note, here's to hoping "The Wolfman" remake, due out next year, marks a return to form for werewolf movies!!!

Ooh... nice cover. Me likey.
The cover's not bad. But, it's too grainy for my taste. Great movie though.
As big fan of the Wolf Man, I really liked this movie as a kid, and I've seen parts of it recently and really dug it.
But they really need to put features on Blu releases of old movies

I'm so buying this on day one!!
I have never ever seen this. It's one of those movies I have known about since it came out but never have seen it and then it just faded from memory until recently. Everyone I ask about it has never even heard of it!
"Have you ever seen the movie Wolf?"
"The one with Michael J. Fox as a werewolf?" haha

I heard they reshot a LOT of this film so needless to say im upset there arent any deleted scenes.
wow many BD release reminds me the begining of the dvd releases: very expensive and almost no extras.
I'll pass this one.
I'll pass this one.
hmmm...just in time for the new Wolfman movie coming out????
King of the naff pile. Emphasis on pile. With all the truly great and inspiring movies that have yet to see even regular dvd release, we get this c**p on blu-ray ? No thank you. This is, without a doubt, the absolute worst werewolf movie that I have ever seen.
