Meh. I thought it was fine. It was better than X3.

Worst film of 2009.
Worst film of 2009.
It really, really isn't.
I was hoping for an extended cut, this is a true disappointment. The film yes might have been better than X3 but it still sucked. The only effort I saw in this movie was made by Hugh Jackman & Liev Screiber.
As a producer on the film, I sincerely hope that Hugh Jackman ponied up some cash to fix the FX in the farmhouse bathroom scene -- embarrassingly horrible claw FX in that one.
i'm a full supporter of blu-ray but man, whats with ripping of dvd buyers lately? i mean i can understand 1 or 2 things that are blu exclusive but in this case its a whole c**pload of featurettes. sure maybe they dont last long or something but still....man.
anyway apparently i'm one of those 2 people who liked it so i'm getting it definately. but yeah, the claw effects looked terrible in many places, hard to believe it made it to final cut.

Cool. I'll get it on the first day. Very enjoyable. Sure it isn't the best film in the world but it is good fun and I do like that they used the original poster as artwork.
Biggest disappointment of the summer.
surprised there's not a digital copy. Fox usually has those

Well, uh, what else do you expect for cover art? They had to go with the most uncreative thing that made the poster unappealing. As for the film I have yet to see it but I will probably attend a $3 showing to find out.

It's close, though. Fox should never make any more comic-book movies unless Tom Rothman gets the boot and that ridiculous 105-minute rule be removed.
It's a shame, horrible special effects and subpar writing (I really liked Taylor Kitsch as Gambit, best thing about the movie aside from Ryan Reynolds' cameo as Deadpool). I expected better, especially from Gavin Hood.

Unbelievable that the director of Tsotsi and the writer of The 25th Hour are brought together for a Wolverine film....and THIS is what they come up with. Epic fail. The movie wasn't terrible, but it was just so short and pointless. No character development, no depth. Joyless. Must have just been a paycheck.
Wolverine is one of my favorite X-Men movie of all time. Definally picking up this one. Great cover too.
Looked bad, I'll rent it out of curiosity, can't be worse than 'The Last Stand' (ugh)
I've no idea why this was so slated. It's much better than X-Men 3 and more enjoyable than X-Men 1, if not obviously as well made from a technical standpoint.
I'll be getting it. It's decent.

Heard this movie was bad, but ehh, I'll put it on my Netflix to see it myself.

I'll be getting it. In my eyes there were some flaws but I have always thought that the X-Men movie franchise has always had it's share of flaws.
Horrible film. But not the worst of the summer. That award will probably go to G-Force or Street Fighter: Legend of Chun-Li or Dance Flick.
Can someone answer me this?....
Why is Wolverine so angry at the sky?

X-Men: The Last Stand actually entertained me, despite its massive flaws and plot holes. "Wolverine" was just the pits -- a promising fight scene in Louisiana that goes nowhere, Dominic Monaghan and Will.i.am were underused and subpar digital effects above all things.
I personally think a good chunk of the supposed $150 million budget went to the producers and location shooting in Australia. Ryan Reynolds should be thankful for snagging the lead role in "Green Lantern," because that Deadpool spinoff ain't gonna happen.

Now that is an outright lie. That movie was an abomination to cinema history, then again that's the whole series for you. This movie at least had eye candy.

C**ppy special effects is eye candy?
This was by no means a good film, but it's not the worst comicbook movie I've seen either. Sure there was quite a lot wrong with it but I did find it to be at the very least entertaining. I'll probably pick up the packed Blu-ray just for completion's sake. It must be said that the coverart is pretty darn good though. Nothing complicated, but to the point and pleasing.
I think I'll buy it on DVD but I do still need X-Men & X3 (I was waiting for 1.5 to drop in price and X3 to get it's two-disc).
Exhilarting? The only thing Exhilarating was that I sat through this thing. Next to Drag Me to Hell, Worst film of 2009.
Also, No extended cut? WHHHHHHHHY?!?!?!??!?!?!

So much better than X3! I mean this movie was bad, but it was like a bad 80's action movie. X# made me actually angry and want to kill those responsible!
Wasnt to pleased with this. But that box art is bad ass.
