The new Denon AVR-4306 retail for £1499.99 and features in the new 2006 range. This is the world's first internet-enabled AV receiver and includes 7-channel AV Surround as well as being a 3-Zone Multi Room Amplifier. Amongst other features, it also includes:

HDMI Video Functions
Analogue Video Conversion to HDMI output with high quality de-interlacing and upscaling up to 1080i. Future proof 1080p HDMI switching and repeater functions.

Internet Functions
Global Web Radio (multi-zone) with no PC. Just connect to broadband and the 4306 will find giving access to over 2300 internet radio stations globally. Control & setup the AVR-4306 over the web, remote access and diagnosis for installers.

Ethernet Functions
Audio streaming from networked PC using Windows® Media Connect Audio streaming from networked PC designed to DLNA (DLNA: Digital Living Network Alliance) standards. PC customisation and setup as well as settings back up and restore.

iPod Functions
Full iPod integration and control for 3G and above with Dock Connector . It will charge iPod even when in standby. It includes both front and rear dedicated iPod inputs for temporary or permanent installations.
The 4306 utilises full on-screen displays with remote control from AV Receiver handset and can also provide slide shows on main display from the iPod Photo and 5G.

USB / MP3 Functions
Full integration and control of Rio / Creative MP3 players and many more with USB Host Control interface. It is even possible to play music from USB memory sticks and USB hard drives and access playlists via on-screen-displays.

Custom Install
Over and above Ethernet, the 4306 includes an array of custom
installation AV Amplifier features, such as assignable DC trigger
outputs and an RS-232C port for integrated system operation with
Crestron or AMX.
